• LOIS for Filevine: LOIS lives inside Filevine. Get the full LOIS experience in a side panel right next to your project details.
• LOIS in Outlook: Use LOIS to draft contextually appropriate replies to the messages you’ve received in Outlook.

• Document Assembly in LOIS: Generating and editing Document Assembly (FVDA) documents is now available directly from the LOIS console. 

LOIS Build

LOIS Build features include several new and recent expansions and improvements.

• Plugins: Install packages of skills pre-built by Filevine for your firm. 
• Connectors: Bring your Outlook and iManage data into LOIS. 
• Scheduled Prompts (early access): Prompts can be saved and scheduled. Any user can add up to ten of their own scheduled prompts.

LOIS Legal Research

Review and get up to date on LOIS Legal Research, including our anti-hallucination features. 

• LOIS Legal Research: Search cases that address your exact point of law using industry-leading collections of case law, with multiple layers of anti-hallucination features that help you verify cases and case analysis. 
• Citate with LOIS: Highlight any passage in an opinion and run an analysis to see whether that specific holding is still "good law."
• Timely with LOIS: Calculate court-rule deadlines from a triggering event, with supporting rule references, directly in your research workflow through LOIS chats.

Depositions 

• MedChron Editing: In the Chronology tab of your MedChron, review every event, correct anything that isn't right, and regenerate so your corrections carry through to the case overview and patient profile.
• Depo CoPilot: A new version of Depo CoPilot uses the power of LOIS to help users create more robust outlines for upcoming proceedings, drawing from a larger pool of documents for context. During proceedings, users can view feedback and insights directly alongside the live transcription.

• LOIS for Meetings: The LOIS for Meetings app allows you to record meetings on the go, obtain an AI-generated summary and transcript, and review suggested follow-up actions. Suggested actions can be sent to Filevine as tasks.

LOIS for Notes

With LOIS for Notes, you can use a smart pen to capture and send your handwritten notes to the LOIS for Meetings app. Your notes are digitized, timestamped, and synced to the app, eliminating the need to transcribe or scan them.

• Template Builder: Bring data into Filevine at your own pace. Give LOIS guideline documents and descriptions of your workflows. LOIS takes the instruction and creates fields and project sections. 
• Filevine Claude Connector: Filevine’s Claude Connector lets Claude work in your Filevine account, allowing Claude to search and make updates using Filevine’s API.
• Document Sync: In the Document Sync Advanced tool, firms can sync documents externally from Filevine to AWS in support of a business continuity plan. This one-way sync preserves your access to all project documents, with their folder structure intact, in the event that Filevine is down or inaccessible.
• iManage Connector: Users can connect the LOIS Console with their iManage account to search and retrieve their stored documents. Search your firm's documents in plain language, read a document and ask questions about it, and draft from past work without switching windows.
• Data Bridge: Filevine Databridge gives us another great option for how we can pull up a customer’s data in your external systems.  Databridge is a way to push data into an external system like Snowflake.
