July 27, 2026 – July 31, 2026

Activity Feed

• The Summarize button in the project's Activity Feed now simply displays the LOIS icon. Clicking it opens and prompts Ask LOIS to summarize the project's activity from the last 30 days.

Client Portal

• Video links shared in Client Portal messages now embed as playable videos directly in the conversation. When a message contains only a video link, the URL is hidden and just the player appears. YouTube, Vimeo, and Loom links are supported.
• Fix: Removing the custom field selector from a split timeline in Client Portal Manager could previously prevent saving for that project type. This is now resolved, and affected project types can be repaired through the interface without manual intervention.
• Fix: Collection section fields are no longer available as exclusion filter criteria for automated form sending, which previously caused errors when a phase change triggered the auto-send.

Time and Billing

• Users now have the option to Save and Duplicate entries in the Billing Timesheet.
• The billing timer is now resizable.

DataBridge and Reporting

• Project archived status now available: VW_DATABRIDGE_PROJECT_LIST_DATA_V1 and VW_DATABRIDGE_PROJECT_LIST_DATA_V2 now include a new IS_ARCHIVED column, so you can distinguish or filter archived vs. active projects in project list views. No existing columns change.
• New project access view: New view VW_DATABRIDGE_PROJECT_CAN_ACCESS_V1 shows which users can access which projects within each Org/tenant. Output columns: TENANT_ID, ORG_ID, ORG_NAME, PROJECT_ID, PROJECT_NAME, USER_ID, USER_NAME. Scoped to active tenants and active users. This new view is useful for access auditing and permission reporting.

July 13, 2026 – July 17, 2026

LOIS

• The LOIS Console can now save data queries and rerun them on demand. After querying LOIS for the desired data, users can simply ask to save the query. They can then ask LOIS to either run a saved query or show a list of all saved queries.

Time & Billing

• Users can now resize the billing timer widget, allowing them to view and manage multiple active timers in a condensed or expanded view.

July 6, 2026 – July 10, 2026

DataBridge

• The new VW_DATABRIDGE_NOTES_DATA_V4 view includes everything from V3 plus a new IS_PINNED_TO_PROJECT column, showing whether a note is pinned to its project. V1 through V3 remain available and unchanged for existing consumers.

Documents

• Users no longer need Org Admin access to use Mass DocGen. The Advanced permission alone is now enough.
• AI Doc Review now appears as an action in the audit report.

FVDA & Outlaw

• Templates now include an option to “lock” specific sections. This lock carries over to any documents created from that template. Firms can determine which users have permission to lock sections, and which users can override those locks at the document level.

Lead Docket

• LOIS in Lead Docket now automatically OCRs all documents in a lead, allowing it to generate document summaries in addition to its existing lead-level Q&A. New uploads are OCR'd automatically, and documents in existing leads are processed the next time a user opens that lead.
• Users can view the AI document summary, when available, from the document’s vertical ellipsis ⋮ menu.
