June 22, 2026 – June 26, 2026

DataBridge / Reporting

DataBridge has a new secure data-share view for notes/tasks that adds a “Subtype” column on top of the existing view. This new column classifies each record as “clientportal” (client portal messages), “email” (notes/tasks whose source looks like an email address), or “NULL” (everything else). 

Customers on the DataBridge share who want to distinguish client-portal vs. email-originated notes should point to the new version, VW_DATABRIDGE_NOTES_DATA_V3. V1 and V2 are unchanged—no action is required for existing consumers.

Lead Docket

• LOIS in Lead Docket now allows customers to ask about call details whenever transcripts are available. 
• LOIS in Lead Docket now allows customers to ask about document data from the OCR-extracted text. 
• Call recordings are now stored in Lead Docket, so customers can play them anytime with the in-app player. 

Vinesign

• Document preview is now available on steps 3 and 4 in the document sending setup screens.

Client Portal

• Firms with multiple offices can now define distinct contact information for each location in Client Portal Manager and determine which office appears in the portal for each project. Learn more.

Lead Docket

• LOIS in Lead Docket gives you instant, conversational access to data at the lead level. Ask LOIS questions about your leads and about Lead Docket’s Help Center. Learn more.
• Ask LOIS now includes Phone Call Transcripts as a source. When chatting with LOIS, users can pull information directly from call transcripts and navigate to the linked call.

Time and Billing

• Org Admins can now view other users’ monthly time summaries in the Billing Timesheet's Time Summary view.

Client Portal

• Firms can now include collection sections in Client Portal forms, allowing clients to submit multiple entries of the same data type—such as medical providers, address history, or witnesses—directly through the portal.

Docs

• Fix: When a large zip was being generated, the handoff to the browser for downloading was happening silently leading the user to assume the download was not happening or had failed. We have fixed this.
• Fix: Share Links were not respecting the alphabetical order of files chosen within the Docs section—they now respect this order.

LOIS

• The LOIS Console is now available. The console is your central place to communicate with LOIS, allowing you to make requests across projects, draft documents, build skills, and more. Learn more about LOIS Console.

Documents

• Users can now preview DICOM (.dcm) and .heic files in Filevine.

FVDA & Outlaw

• Fix: Multiselect conditional sections using “Is one of” or “Is none of” now render correctly when the matching option's text contains a comma.
• Fix: Paragraph numbering in .docx exports now respects the theme's bold settings.
• Fix: Contracts with numbered list items and small fonts no longer fail to export to PDF.
• Fix: Renaming a table column no longer breaks calculated formulas that reference it.

Med Chron

• The Med Chron Dashboard limit has increased from 100 to 1000 cases for initiating cases. You can now initiate up to 1000 cases at a time.

Time & Billing

• The interface for creating, editing, and finalizing invoices has been updated. As part of this change, users now have the option to add discounts, apply credits, and write off a partial amount of the invoice balance.
• Users can now add time entry details to any type of activity item in Filevine, except for reminder items.
