October 2026 Release Notes

Data selections can now apply to every document in a bundle. When choosing data for connected variables or connected tables, select the Apply to all bundle documents checkbox to carry the selection to each bundled document, instead of re-entering it one by one.
Fix: Open in LOIS for Word no longer fails silently when Word can't open.
Fix: Choosing Re-select data on a List section no longer causes a crash.

When exporting a transcript, users can now select Mini-PDF to export a “condensed” version of the transcript. Each page in the export file will display four pages of transcript content. This feature is currently available for events going back 12 months.

Sign-in page content is now centered when the add-in panel is wide.
Inline images no longer appear in the attachment list when composing an email.
Fix: Projects that have been moved now display correctly in activity for emails attached to Filevine.
Fix: In classic Outlook, inline replies now close after the message is sent.
Fix: LOIS now opens correctly when launched from a newly created project.
Fix: The @mention picker now reopens after the comment box is emptied.

Update jobs for billing data: GET public/v1/types now returns Update alongside Import and Delete for nine billing types: billing-code, billing-item, invoice, project-fund, rate-schedule, rate-schedule-expense, rate-schedule-flatfee, rate-schedule-timekeeper and transaction.
Note: transaction-application is unchanged and still requires delete and re-import.

Phone calls now are added in files and pushed to Filevine as Phone Call items in the Activity feed, with their documents in Docs section.
