FVDA & Outlaw

• Users can now sort tables by their columns during document editing.
• Fix: When sharing via signature block, the customized sharing message from Team settings is now applied as expected.

March 16, 2026 – March 20, 2026

Client Portal

• Fix: Push notifications now work as expected in iOS Safari when using Client Portal as an installed app.

Depositions by Filevine

• Users can now edit proceeding details after importing a transcript or recording.

Vinesign

• Vinesign documents now display the Vinesign logo when viewed in the project Docs section in Filevine.

FVDA & Outlaw

• Fix: Custom numbering options in List Sections now save and restore correctly when the panel is closed and reopened.

LOIS

• Fix: In Ask LOIS, the “Unread Messages” banner now disappears as expected once the user has read the message(s).
• Fix: The list of threads in chat history now maintain a consistent order.

March 2, 2026 – March 6, 2026

Documents

• Documents now show the section name and icon for Med Chron and contact sources in LOIS.
• Fix: Notes and tasks now appear in the appropriate project when chatting with LOIS.
• Fix: The move/copy modal now displays the folder tree from the current project rather than the previous project.

Vinesign

• Documents will now auto-advance to required fields when being signed.

FVDA & Outlaw

• Connected Table Configurations: You can now create multiple named configurations for a connected table, each with its own column selections. This lets you display the same collection table data in different ways throughout a document using dot-notation to reference each variant. Learn more.
• API support for updating template variable options: External integrations can now update variable definitions on templates via the API, including display names, default values, placeholders, and dropdown options for List and Multi-Select fields. For more information, refer to our API documentation. 
• Improved Template repository search: Template search now uses all entered words to match (AND logic), so searching "settlement calc" only returns templates containing both terms — making it much easier to find exactly what you're looking for.
• Fix: Clause Library title updates were not propagating to linked templates. When you rename a Clause Library item, the updated title now correctly syncs to all templates that use it, including caption titles edited via the template section or sidebar.
