October 27, 2025 – October 31, 2025

Contacts Page

• The Address Book page has been renamed to "Contacts." All existing functionality is still available, but with a fresh, more responsive interface. If your tags are color coded, those colors now carry through to the Contacts page. 

Time and Billing

• The Rates Schedule page in the Billing Setup Advanced tool has been refreshed with a new look and feel. You can now click on a rate schedule to view a dedicated page with additional details: timekeeper details, expense templates (formerly “expense types”), and new flat fees templates. 

Client Portal

• Client Portal now has Spanish language support for forms’ messages. These will be used when manually sending a form to a user with Spanish as their invite language.

Depositions by Filevine

Depositions by Filevine users can now convert proceedings from non-hosted to hosted. This option gives firms the flexibility to start making preparations early, and then seamlessly transition to a hosted proceeding when details are finalized.

Client Portal

• UI improvements to the client view of Forms:
  • Read-only fields are easier to read, easier to distinguish from editable fields, and show "-" rather than placeholder text if empty.
  • For editable fields, placeholder text is now easier to read (darker color) and lists the field type.
  • Helper text is now more easily distinguishable from field labels (lighter weight and smaller size).
  • Currency fields are now limited to 2 decimal places.

Depositions by Filevine

Depositions by Filevine users can now link cases to their corresponding Filevine projects. Learn more.

October 6, 2025 – October 10, 2025

Client Portal

• Firms can now automate invites sent to the main project contact, based on a selected trigger.
• There is now improved support for users with more than 100 messages.
• Fix: Document upload date now displays local time.
• Fix: On the Client Portal home page, the “last updated” date now works as expected.
• Fix: On the Timeline page, translation settings now behave as expected.
• Fix: Forms with multiple dependencies now render and behave as expected.

Lead Docket

• Fix: CA LeadsAI summaries moved to JSON delivery now include collection section data.

New Feed, Activity, and Tasks

• The new feed interface has been updated for improved scannability.

Outlook Add-In

• Logged-in users can now see the version number, and Sign out buttons are more easily located.
• In the contact view, phone numbers are now included.
