Client Portal

• System messages sent from Client Portal, such as welcome messages and form requests, now show your firm’s business name as the sender instead of “Client Portal.”
• Read-only URL fields on Client Portal forms are now clickable links that open in a new tab.

DataBridge / Reporting

• VW_DATABRIDGE_PROJECT_TEAMS_DATA_V3 carries the same columns as V2 plus TEAM_ID, the team identifier the Filevine public API uses, so consumers can key team updates against DataBridge rows directly instead of matching on team name. V1 and V2 are unchanged, so you must switch to V3 for the new column.

Depositions by Filevine

• When scheduling a deposition via the widget in Filevine, users can now enable or disable email notifications and reminders for each individual participant.

LOIS

• Users can now schedule up to 10 prompts or skills to run automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Plugins are now available in LOIS. Each plugin packages best-practice skills across various practice areas, and Account Admins can install them for their firm.
• Account Admins on US and Canadian tenants can now ask LOIS to create, update or delete Filevine billing records in bulk from a CSV file containing up to millions of rows. LOIS validates the file first and can advise on how the file should be structured. LOIS can then run the job for every row that passes validation.
