Client Portal

• In most cases, SMS notifications will now come from the five-digit short code 36713. Depending on region and carrier restrictions, some notifications may come from +1 (385) 417-4501
• Increased the limit for how many Filevine sections could be accessed in Form Builder from 50 to 1000

Payments by Filevine

• In the Settings section of the Payments App, firms can now update the email address that receives all Payments-related notifications
• When manually verifying a connected bank account, firms can now enter micro-deposit amounts directly within the Payments App

Reports

• In Report Builder, users can now use “starts with” as criteria. Because this option queries only the beginning and not the entire field value, reports using this criteria instead of “contains” will see improved performance

Time and Billing

• At the project level, firms can now track refunds in addition to payments

Time and Billing

• Fix: Time entry Save as Draft option was not working at the project level
• Fix: When editing an auto-task, Add time-tracking details was being set to true by default
• Fix: The rate schedules list in project billing settings was not updating to reflect changes in the Billing Setup Advanced tool

Projects/Activity

• Linked Projects within the Related Cases built in section now have the ability to navigate to the Linked Project
• Fix: RolesUpdated Webhook event returned different role IDs depending on where role update was enacted from

Client Portal

• A new setting is available in the Client Portal Manager to notify invitees when an invoice is finalized. The Client Portal contains a new home page card and notification badge for new invoices
• Fix: Form could not be published if internal title contained a slash
• Fix: In form settings, a variable to input form name was not working

Docs AI

• Fix: Invisible OCR was off on documents, causing incorrect highlighting, searching, and text selection inside of a document
• Fix: OCR status was not showing up in the documents panel

Outlook Add-in

• Users of the Outlook Add-in can now view the 5 most recent docs from the selected project
