What browsers are supported?

Each time a new browser version is released, support for that version begins and support for the third most recent version ends. For mobile devices, the current and previous Android and iOS versions are supported.
Can I take the course on a mobile device?
Yes, Filevine University is fully HTML5 compatible which means you can experience the course on your smartphone. Filevine University was also built to work on all iPads and tablets. Layouts, scrolling or displays may vary depending on the device you have.
How do I navigate inside the course?
There are two ways to navigate through a course:
-
Select the desired page or lesson in the sidebar.
Each course
has a lefthand side menu you can use to navigate to different
parts of the
course or view your progress.
- Use the next and previous buttons. Each course has Next and Previous buttons just above the content area. Each button will allow you to move forward and backward through the course pages.
Note: Before you advance to the next page in a course, make sure the current page has a green dot next to it in the sidebar. This green dot indicates that the page is complete. You will only receive course credit if all lessons and pages are complete.
I passed the quiz at the end of the course. Why isn’t the course marked as complete?
Take a moment to review each lesson in the course, and make sure each page has a green dot next to it. This green dot indicates that the page is complete.
If you see pages without a green dot, return to them and wait a few seconds until the green dot appears. You will only receive course credit if all lessons and pages are complete.
