Clicking on the Help Center button in Filevine’s Resource Center automatically logs you in as a user in the Help Center. As a logged in user, you can view and track your requests and conversations, follow article sections, and contribute to the community.
Profile
When you are logged in to the Help Center, you will see a profile in the top right corner. Click on the profile to view the dropdown options.
Click Edit my profile to adjust your name, email, and phone number or to add a profile picture.
Click My activities to view requests, contributions, and followed sections. Click Sign out to sign out of the Help Center.
My Activities
Clicking My activities in the profile menu takes you to the activities page in the Help Center, here you can view requests, read comments, and review sections you are following.
Requests
In the Requests tab, you can see all of the requests that you have made through both chat and email, including the subject, time, and status of each request. Click on a request in the list to view the chat conversation.
Click Request I’m CC’d on to see the same information for those email requests that you were cc’d on.
In the Organization requests tab, users view all requests made by users in their organization. This tab is limited to Org Admins users, who can request the ability to use this tab from their Account Manager.
Contributions
In the Contributions tab, you can view posts and comments you have made for the Help Center community.
Following
In the Following tab, you can view all articles and article sections that you are currently following. Click Unfollow to unfollow an article or section.
To follow any section, go to the section page in the Help Center and click the Follow button.
