Client Portal

• Portal messages now support up to 10 attached files in a single message upload. Each file can be up to 50 MB.

Lead Docket

• The Settlement Report now includes the SettlementID column by default.

Outlook Add-in

• Fix: Sporadic issues with uploading files have been resolved.

Vinesign

• Fix: Large typed signatures are no longer truncated on verification pages.

Payments

• Payment confirmation emails now include an attached payment receipt in PDF format. This document contains more details about the payor and payment method.

November 3, 2025 – November 7, 2025

Reports

• Report ID is now listed on the Report Builder page.
• Share settings for a report are now available on the Report Builder page.

Activity Feed

• Users can now add and remove columns from the Activity Feed list view.

Outlook Add-In

• The Filevine Outlook Add-In is now available for CJIS customers. All users will be asked to select their location initially, and then will be able to sign in as normal.
