September 22, 2025 – September 26, 2025

Depo CoPilot

• Previously, users could only create goals before a deposition started. Now, users can create new goals at any point during the deposition. Once Depo CoPilot begins analyzing a goal, the goal’s title and details can no longer be edited.

Time and Billing

• Customization options are now available for billing emails. Firms can edit the email subject and body, add variables, and include a balance summary when sending invoices.
• Fix: In the project Billing section, all fields in the Settings tab should now be working as expected.

September 15, 2025 – September 19, 2025

Client Portal

• Fix: When filling out forms, clients can now press the Return/Enter key without prematurely submitting the form. The Enter key will only submit the form if the Submit Answers button is active.

Lead Docket

• A “Report Pickup” tab was added to Reports, which allows large reports to be placed here instead of churning in the browser and slowing CPU.
• Fix: Fixed an issue with dependent fields that have multiple previous dependencies.

Documents

• Fix: In some situations, if a document failed indexing, the document properties flyout displayed a perpetual "in progress" status. Now, in scenarios in which the content indexing failed for a reason that is likely to be transient, there is now a Retry button.

Docs AI

• The document properties flyout now displays the vectorization status of the file. Once the status is “Done,” you can ask AI questions about the document.
  

Client Portal

• Fix: In Client Portal Forms, there was a mapping issue with custom fields that contained capital letters in their field selector.

September 2, 2025 – September 5, 2025

Reports

• Name (full name, first name, last name) and PersonID on reports now link directly to the contact card.
