Docs Team Release Notes

• Fix: placement of indexing status in previewer has been fixed
• Fix: Attached To Notes was missing in properties modal of protected files; this has been fixed
• Added project picture to get users’ recent projects API
• Protected files are now returned with Get Document API

Time and Billing weekly:

• Fix: when users navigate away from Timesheet and then return, filters and data will remain aligned

Time and Billing

• Fix: Deleted time codes were not appearing on Projects; this has been fixed

Docs

• In Docs API, the description of variables has been updated to reflect that they are set by the system and cannot be overwritten
• The UI has been refreshed for Bates Stamp, file type icons on Report Fusion templates, and file type icons in DocGen Setup.
• Fix: Undelete was not loading when multiple files were listed. The “Deleted by” column was removed to fix this issue. Going forward, users must use the Audit Log report to determine who deleted a file.
• Fix: Details flyout was getting stuck on files with Vinesign details; this has been fixed
• Fix: DocGen merge codes were not working when section names had special characters; this has been fixed
• Fix: Restored Org Admins’ ability to delete full folders and files at the same time
• Fix: When copying and pasting text into a PDF, the text was not populating in the intended location. This has been fixed

Client Portal

• Canadian business addresses can now be displayed in the portal
• Invites and notifications to Canadian phone numbers are now supported
• Hyperlink sharing is supported in Client Portal messages

Documents

• Fix: Project name no longer shows as null in previewer for files that aren’t project files
• Fix: Page redirection when clicking on the “attached to” fields in an invoice modal
• Org Admins can now unlock locked documents for any project they are associated with, regardless of their permissions within the project (even if they are a guest).
• Fix: document lock icon was not displaying for files attached to contact cards

API

• Added protected folders to folder list API
• Fix: batch upload API documentation
• Added folder ID to docs webhooks

Time and Billing

• Billing codes can now be either optional or required
• Fix: There was an issue with Timesheet totals when navigating between tabs; this has been repaired.

3/31/2025 - 4/4/2025

Time and Billing

• We now include the Billing Section by default for billing-enabled orgs in the Basic Template
• Fix: User filter in timesheet should now always include the current user

Documents

• The Documents page (for Docs+ users) now includes filters for emails. Emails from before 2024 may take additional time to be indexed and searchable.

Feed

• Users can now move and copy activity items to different projects in the new Feed. This option can be found in an activity item’s dropdown menu.
