Billing
- More information is now available to the “finalization” PDF, eliminating the need to regenerate the PDF to get the fully updated information
- It is also now possible to finalize an invoice even if a PDF cannot be generated
- Error messaging – both for singleton invoices in the project and for bulk invoices in Advanced – has been updated accordingly
- All projects should now be assigned directly to a rate schedule, rather than being automatically assigned to the Org Default.
Outlook
When looking at folders, they're sorted alphabetically and you can sort ascending or descending. You can also view up to 1,000 folders now. (Formerly you could view only 300.)

Sidebar and Activity Feed
The "Assigned to" field is now an autocomplete box instead of a dropdown allowing users to type to find the person they're assigning a task to.

Docs+
We added indicators in the document previewer to show the OCR/indexed status for docs. Icons now communicate when OCR is pending or failed.
Billing
- Each tab in the project billing section will now have its own URL. This change makes it possible to bookmark one of the tabs directly and makes reloading the page easier.
- Default deposit destinations have been enabled. Learn more. For Orgs with Payments by Filevine, this change means:
- The option to choose which bank account should be targeted by payment links
- Org defaults can be set in Advanced | Billing Setup | Payments; these will be propagated to existing projects and assigned to any new project
- Defaults can be overridden by Project Admins at the project level in the billing section, Settings tab
Billing Fixes
- For Orgs on Teams, the Project Billing page > Summary tab was slow to load; this has been sped up considerably
- For some Orgs with particular data quirks, attempting to filter a billing items report by Created Date would prevent the report from running; this has been tidied
- After voiding an invoice, a pdf was correctly generated, but the invoice modal did not list the pdf properly after the modal had been closed; this has been fixed
