Filevine Structure

Filevine’s environmental architecture is being updated. The new structure allows users to log in more securely and more seamlessly, and provides them with personalized URLs and project email addresses.

Filevine’s environmental architecture now offers SAML 2.0 support. SAML 2.0 provides a single point of application at a secure IdP, increasing login security. 

Users with the latest structure will be able to log in to Filevine’s support site, meaning that they will have a more seamless experience using Filevine’s Help Center and a more robust support experience with our team. Coming Soon: In the near future, users on affected environments will be able to access both Filevine and Vinesign with the same login, making the login process more convenient. 

Users on affected environments have an “environment name” personalized to their firm that is used in their Filevine URL. This personal URL is also used in doc share links and shortcut links to notes and collection items. Project email addresses on affected environments will match the personalized environment name.
