In any Completed Med Chron, you can click Sources in the top right corner of an opened Med Chron to open the Med Chron Manager, where you can view and adjust the documents currently included in the Med Chron.
Sources
On the MedChron Manager page, you can view the list of documents currently included in the Med Chron.
This list includes:
- document name
- Med Chron tag: Adding, Removing, Excluded Duplicate
- type: medical record or bill or both
- date added
Note
To navigate back to the Med Chron, click Open MedChron.
Duplicates
If a duplicate is identified, the document will be noted in the list, tagged with Excluded Duplicate. These items are not initially included in the Med Chron, though you can manually add them if desired.
Add and Remove
At any time after the Med Chron is initially completed, you can add or remove documents from this list.
To add documents, click + Add documents.
In the opened modal, search for and select from the project’s documents. Once you’ve selected the documents you’d like to add, click Add selected.
To remove documents, click the trashcan icon next to a document. Click the retry icon to re-add the document.
Update
When a document is added or removed, you’ll see a tag added to that document, and a Pending changes notice at the top of the Med Chron Manager page. All of the changes you’ve made will be applied when you click Update Med Chron.
