Med Chron Dashboard

Med Chron’s dashboard provides a centralized, Org-level view of all Med Chron activity across your projects, making it easier to monitor status and initiate Med Chrons in bulk. Firms handling high volumes of medical records will now have better visibility and control over Med Chron workflows.

Permission Required

The Med Chron dashboard can be accessed by Org Admin users in main menu > Advanced > Med Chron Dashboard. 

The Dashboard Basics

The dashboard displays a list of all projects in your Org with the Med Chron section. (If you are an Org Admin in more than one Org, you can select the desired Org in the dropdown in the top right corner.)  

Each project in the list includes:

• the project name
• the project’s primary
• the project’s phase
• the project tags
• the Med Chron status
• the date and time of the last Med Chron initiation

Search for a project in the list by using the search box, or click the tabs along the top to filter projects by Med Chron status: Completed, In progress, or Not initiated.

Med Chron Initiation

The dashboard allows you to initiate Med Chrons for multiple projects at once. To initiate a Med Chron from the dashboard, select any projects with the status Not initiated and click Initiate MedChron. The selected projects will change to In progress status. 

Tip

Med Chron can also still be initiated from within an individual project, just as before.
