This article discusses how to download and sign in to the LOIS for Meetings mobile app [link], and how to manage user access to LOIS for Meetings.
Install the App
Before using LOIS for Meetings, make sure you meet following requirements:
- You have an up-to-date iOS device. Currently, only iOS mobile devices are supported. Ensure the device is running iOS 16 or later.
- You have FVID login credentials. You’ll sign in to the LOIS for Meetings app using the email and password associated with your Filevine Identity (FVID).
Navigate to the App Store and install the LOIS for Meetings app. Allow microphone access for the app in your device settings under Privacy & Security > Microphone. It is also recommended to enable notifications for the app in your device settings under Notifications > Meetings app > Allow Notifications.
The LOIS for Meetings app will display either United States or Canada as the region. To change the selected region, tap the currently-displayed region and select the desired one.
Tap the checkbox to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and then tap Login with FVID.
On the login screen that appears, sign in with your Filevine email and password. If you don’t know which email to use, reach out to your Account Admin. If you forgot your password, follow the steps to reset it.
Manage User Access
Users whose product access includes either Filevine or LOIS in the Account Manager tool will automatically have access to LOIS for Meetings.
