Vinesign Bulk Send allows users to send a document to up to 1,000 different recipients by uploading their contact information in a CSV file. Bulk Send is used with single signers, meaning that the recipients will all receive separate copies of the document to sign. Bulk sign is not compatible with Multisign.
How to Bulk Send
On the Send page in Vinesign, in the Recipients section, click Import Recipients.
You can choose to either upload your own CSV file, or download the template to fill. The template will give you an example of how to set up the CSV file for Bulk Send.
The uploaded CSV file must include the recipient’s first name, their last name, and either their phone number or their email address. The file can also include whether the document should require gesture authentication or whether the document link will expire.
The CSV file should include the columns in the following order:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Gesture authentication: TRUE/FALSE
- Expiration (after 24 hours): TRUE/FALSE
Once you’ve created the CSV file with the required information, click Choose File to upload. The Recipients Upload modal will display the information, highlighting any invalid data like incorrectly-entered email addresses.
Either correct the invalid data and click Re-Upload or choose to Send to Valid Recipients. The number of imported recipients is listed in the Recipients section. From here, adjust additional settings as you would any other Vinesign document, and send.
Bulk Send Documents and Reports
Unlike Multisign documents, bulk sending creates a separate document for each recipient. The documents each display their own progress and actions.
In the Reports section, a bulk send document displays as one row, which can then be expanded to view report information for each separate document.
