This article outlines the permissions available within Filevine. Filevine has multiple levels of permissions, many of which intersect and overlap with one another. Permissions can be assigned at the project level, Org level, and account level.
Project-Level Permissions
Project-level permissions control the user’s access to project data and notifications. There are three permission levels within a project: Admins, collaborators, and guests. Users can also “subscribe” to a project to receive project notifications.

Org-Level Permissions
Similar to project-level permissions, there are three levels of Org Access: Org Admin, Mailroom, and Standard. Learn more about Org permissions.
At the Org level, users can also be granted access to Advanced tools using the Advanced Access tab. Learn more about Advanced Access.
Account Admin
Users with the Account Admin permission can add and manage users across multiple Orgs or Filevine products using the Account Manager tool.
