This article discusses the Setup page in the main menu. On the Setup page, you can select your profile, username, and email. You can also share your calendar, enable extensions such as the Outlook Add-In, and set up your notifications. For more information about becoming a new user in Filevine, you can read our “Add a User” article.
To navigate to the Setup page, click on the main menu in the top left corner of Filevine, and select Setup from the dropdown.

Filevine Settings
In the Filevine Settings section, you can change your profile picture, username, email, and calendar settings. Your user’s first and last name can be viewed and theme can be changed in the Account Manager.
To change your profile picture, click Change photo next to the picture and then choose a photo from your computer to upload. Filevine displays profile pictures as a circle and automatically centers the photo for you. For this reason, it is best to choose a picture that is square with the image centered for your profile.
To change your username or email, simply click in the text box and type in your desired text. The checkmark to the right of the field will turn green to indicate that your name has been changed. Your username must be unique across all Filevine users.
Filevine calendars can be connected with Google calendars or Office 365 calendars and shared with other Filevine users.
Notifications
In the Notifications section, you can view and set your notifications settings. Learn more about notifications.
Org
In the Org section, you can view details about your Org including name, email, and text number.
Org Admins
In Main Menu > Setup > Org, Org Admin users can also view the Org ID number, the project count, and other advanced tools like the Org > Members tool and the Advanced Access tab.
