This requires the advanced tool, Undelete, to be unlocked by the support team.
The Undelete Tool allows you to recover erroneously deleted items below:
- collections items
- litigation chains
To access this tool, click the Main Menu > Advanced > "Undelete" from the left side bar.
Select the appropriate Org and Project Type from their respective dropdowns. You are then able to search for the projective where the information was deleted. You will then see a list of recoverable items. You are able to see who deleted the item and when it was deleted.
From the list of deleted items, select the item you want to restore. Click the un-trash icon on the right-hand side. Please wait for the “Successfully Restored” message to appear. You can then return to the project to see the item that has been restored.
