Undelete

The Undelete Advanced tool allows users to recover erroneously deleted items like those listed below:

• documents
• collections items
• deadline chains

Note: Items are recoverable with the Undelete tool up to 30 days after they’ve been deleted. After one year, there is no guarantee that items can be recovered. 

Undelete an Item

To access the Undelete tool, click the main menu and select Advanced from the dropdown. Click Undelete from the left-hand side menu. 

In the Undelete tool, select your Org, if prompted, and then select the project where the item was deleted. 

The tool loads a list of recoverable items from that project. Each item included its project section and title, along with the user who deleted the item and the time it was deleted. The top right corner of each item is marked with the item’s type. 

To recover a removed item, click the untrash icon on the right of the item. You will receive a pop-up notification informing you that the item has been successfully restored.

Once the item has been successfully undeleted, you will be able to view the item in the project.
