The Account Manager tool allows users to update their name, password, theme, and more. These updates will apply to any Filevine product(s) linked with the user’s profile. For example, if a user with access to Filevine and Depositions changes their password, their new password will take effect in both products.
Permission Required
Depending on your firm’s configuration, you may need to contact an Account Admin to update certain settings.
Access
Navigate to the Account Manager tool using one of the following methods:

Profile menu: in most Filevine products, you can click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select Manage My Account. (Some products may show Account Manager or User Profile.) The Account Manager tool will open in a new browser tab.

Direct login: go to the Account Manager login page for your region (US or Canada). Sign in with the same email and password you use for other Filevine products.
Profile Section
In the Profile section, you can view and update the first name, last name, and email associated with your Filevine account.
You can choose from three different themes in Filevine: light, classic, and dark. Select the theme you’d like. You can change your theme at any time.
Products Section
In the Products section, you’ll see a list of products your user is licensed for. For instance, if you use both Filevine and Depositions, both of these products will be listed. Select a product to open it.
Security Section
In the Security section, you can change your password and set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). Depending on your login type, you may need to contact your Account Admin to adjust these settings. Learn more about the Security section.
Additional Sections
Account Admins will see additional sections in the Account Manager that allow them to manage the access, MFA status, and activity of other users in addition to themselves. Learn more about Account Admins’ capabilities in the Account Manager tool.
