Once the LOIS Console has been enabled for your organization, an Account Admin can manage user access to LOIS in the Account Manager.

To activate the LOIS Console for your organization, reach out to your Filevine representative.
How to Access
Users with LOIS Console access can navigate to the URL for their region (US or Canada) and sign in with their email and password. Alternatively, in Filevine, they can navigate to the main menu and select LOIS.
Manage User Access
To grant access to the LOIS Console, an Account Admin can follow these steps:

Navigate to the Account Manager. In Filevine, click on your profile and select Manage My Account from the dropdown. This action launches the Account Manager tool.

In the Users section, select the desired users. In the lefthand side menu, find and select the Users section. Select the users you’d like to access the LOIS Console.
Permission Required
Only Account Admins can manage user access. If you do not see the Users section, you are not an Account Admin and you will not be able to assign users.

Select Edit Products from the bulk actions menu. Click the caret in the upper right corner to open the bulk actions menu. Select Edit Products from the dropdown.

Add LOIS. In the “Select Products” field, find and select LOIS. Click + Add.
Permission Required
If you do not see LOIS in the “Select Products” field, your organization does not yet have access to the LOIS Console. Reach out to your Filevine representative to learn more.
Once you have granted access, users can follow the steps in the How to Access section to access the LOIS Console.
