Documents in the CPM

In the Documents section of the Client Portal Manager (CPM), you can select the tags that will automatically be added to any documents coming from the client portal. Tags will help you keep track of which documents in your project are coming from the Client Portal. 

Document Tags

The tags listed here will automatically be added to all documents that are sent from the portal.

Note: These tags are not added to documents sent to the portal—only those coming into the project from the portal.

By default, documents have the #doc-submission tag, but this can be removed, and other tags can be added.

Tags can be created from this section. If the tags do not yet exist in the Filevine Org, adding them here will create them and add them in the Tag Manager.
