The Payouts section of the Payments page gives you more visibility into your revenue after processing fees. View both pending and completed net revenue, filtered by time range or by account, and track transactions.
Navigate to the Payments page by clicking on the Payments button in the top right corner of the Billing Advanced tool.
On the Payments page, click on the Payouts section in the lefthand side menu.
Payouts Page
At the top of the Payouts tab, you can view the net “Pending” and net “Completed” transactions. The “Pending” total includes transactions paid by the customer, and are pending deposit into your firm’s account. The “Completed” total includes transactions that are complete and have been deposited into your account.
These totals change based on selected filters.
Beneath the totals, you can see the list of transactions. Each transaction has the following:
- initiation date: the date that the transaction was created
- status: pending, in transit, paid, completed, canceled, failed
- account: the bank account the transaction is associated with
- expected arrival: the date you can expect the payment to be deposited in your account
- amount: the amount of the transaction
Filter and Export
The Payouts page can be filtered by time range or by account. Adjust these filters at the top of the page. Pending and completed totals will change to reflect selected filters.
The payouts page can be exported either to Excel or as a CSV file. Click Export in the top right corner and select your desired option.
