Voice Agents Settings and Integrations

In the LOIS Voice Agents app, click your profile in the bottom left corner and select Settings to view theming, integrations, call routing, and a change log. 

Theme

If you are using multiple organizations, switch between organizations here. Select between light and dark mode theming for the Voice Agents app. 

Integrations

Currently, LOIS Voice Agents include four integrations:

• Calendly
• CallRail
• CallTrackingMetrics
• CallRail

Call Routing

Build a list of callers who are always blocked (spam or marketing callers) or always directly transferred (family members) to a selected number. 

Change Log

View an audit list of all user actions in the Voice Agents app, ordered by date. Expand a line item to view the exact details of the change. 

Search the list, or filter by time range, type of change, or user.
