Chat With Your Case (CWYC) will now have access to more data sources and an improved workflow, allowing it to answer questions about project billing, contacts, and deadlines, and to provide better in-depth or narrative responses when called for.
The Chat window will now include a chat history panel, new colors, and the ability to resize. CWYC responses will provide detailed citations, allowing you to view the source reference alongside CWYC’s response.
Agentic Workflow
CWYC uses a new, agentic workflow to deliver enhanced results:
- improved lengthy responses: CWYC’s new workflow is better at producing longer, narrative responses. You can expect your outputs to be richer and to have a deeper level of analysis than previously produced when providing narrative responses.
- new data sources: CWYC will have access to more data sources, including project deadlines, contacts, and billing information
Chat Window Design
The new Chat window includes new colors, a chat history panel that displays the relevant project, and the ability to resize.
- Chat History: In the Chat window, click into the Chat tab, click the icon in the top left corner to open the chat history panel. This panel displays your Chat history—a list of all of your AI and team chat threads. Each thread also displays the related project to help provide context.
- Resize: The Chat window can be resized. Click and drag along the edge of the window to resize it. The size is “sticky”—when you close and reopen the Chat window, it will remember the size.
Enhanced Citations
CWYC will now provide more detailed citations. You can review a list of the sources, and view the source alongside the response.
CWYC responses include numbered inline citations throughout the response and a list of sources at the bottom.
Click on the sources to open the sources panel, where you can see the sources’ names and a short quotation. (Sources may be project documents or activity items.) Click on an individual source to open a view of that source, where the referenced information is highlighted.
