You can give a project a unique name if you'd rather not list it under the client's name. This new name will override the client name wherever the project appears in Filevine.
Giving a project a unique name can help organize a client who has multiple cases open with you. It also gives you the ability to organize your caseload by case name and makes projects searchable by more than just the client name.
To give a project a unique name, navigate to the project in Filevine. Click the pencil icon next to the client name in the top-left. When you've entered the desired project name, click the green check-mark.
The new project name will now be reflected in the top-left, above the client name. From now on, the project will be listed by its new project name in search results and in reporting.
You can remove a project name at any time by navigating to the project and clicking on the project name. Remove the entered text, then hit the green check-mark to save.
