How to use the Projects Contacts Section

Fill out the Name and Role of the contact. To add more information, select the icon at the top right of the contact card.
You’ll see that you can identify the contact as an Individual or a Company. You also have the option to select the Contact Type for this person. When selecting a different contact type, you’ll notice certain fields become available. For example, selecting the contact type of “client” will allow you to fill out the date of birth, social security number, and identify whether you can text or remarket this client.
Have a certain contact that you’d like associated with multiple projects? To associate an existing contact to another project, first, find your project and navigate to the contacts section. Add a new contact and you type in the name and the field will allow you to select which contact to associate to the project.
To see the list of projects a contact is tied to, just click on the contact record and select Associated Projects. This allows you to easily navigate between all the projects that a contact might be involved in.
