The recent update to our Outlook Add-in requires a refresh to ensure you're using the latest version. Without this refresh, you may experience login problems.
After refreshing, you should be able to log in to the Filevine Outlook Add-in without any further issues. If, after refreshing your add-in, you continue to experience login difficulties, read the Outlook Add-in Troubleshooting article or contact our support team at support@filevine.com.
To refresh the add-in, follow the instructions below:
- Find the Filevine Add-in panel: Within your Outlook window, locate the Filevine add-in panel.
- Right-click and refresh: Right-click anywhere inside the add-in panel. Choose the Refresh or Reload option from the dropdown menu. This option may differ slightly depending on your device and browser.
