Billing

• Bug Fix: For Orgs with manual payment application, changing how a payment had been applied to invoice(s) did not “stick” in the UI or on the backend; this has been repaired

Bug Fixes

• Attempting to register an individual phone number for A2P – whether manually or via automated processes – would error out; this has been addressed
• Even if the org’s A2P registration is not fully complete in the Filevine database, it is again possible to generate a phone number from Advanced | Org Phone Numbers; moreover, a feature flag has been added so that we can easily disable this option in the future

Billing

• In some situations, the timer started for a previously visited project, rather than the current and expected one; this has been fixed
• Improved performance for the Get Org Billing Items query via the public API, specifically with the unsynced parameter set to true; this should help with some timeouts that have been seen
• In some circumstances, the Advanced | Billing | Invoices tab would incorrectly show no results after performing a bulk action; this has been tidied

Billing

• A new report—the Project Funds Entries report—is now available!
• The Reference field for project funds now allows up to 256 characters

Bug Fixes

• In the Billing Items Report, if you used the “between” dates criterion, sometimes the result set was smaller than it should have been; this has been fixed
• In the project billing section, Settings tab, the rate schedule dropdown options are now alphabetized and no longer contribute to entropy in the universe
• Clicking on a folder in projects now correctly displays its subfolders, resolving the issue where the root folder view in certain projects was persisting.
• Guest users within projects were previously unable to view custom sections containing AIFields; this has been resolved.

Vinesign

• Bug Fix: Dots in content lines were giving document errors when creating field names. (Dr. Sr. Jr. Esq. all through errors in the field name creation)

• Added API Endpoint to delete substatus

• Bug Fix: Fix for tasks when marking resolved they lose the TaskTemplateID value
• Bug Fix: Make Apex Chat fields unlocked to start
• Bug Fix: Add URL to set A2P to 1600 so we can manually reregister
