SidebarAI
- Preliminary release of our new AI Assistant. You can launch SidebarAI in the SidebarAI window by clicking it at the top.
- You can now run a 7-day summary on a project by selecting the leftmost icon in the SidebarAI window and selecting the project
- You can also ask how-to questions about the Filevine platform and SidebarAI will respond from its knowledge of the Help Center
AIFields
- Prompt update: The Police Report Summarization prompt has been enhanced to include weather conditions as well as whether or not involved parties were wearing seatbelts.

Bug Fixes
- The "next" button was remaining inactive after a user would cancel an upload in the Bates Stamp and Docs Combine window. The only way to move forward was to close the window and start again or click the tab at the top. This has been resolved.

- If the Invoices tab in Advanced | Billing was filtered and then a bulk action was performed, the filters were incorrectly cleared; this no longer happens
- If the Invoices tab in Advanced | Billing was filtered and then the org was changed, the filters half-stayed in place; they now are correctly cleared

Billing
- It is now possible to edit the full description, even very long ones, inline in Timesheet!
- When adding time details to a task in the project Activity section, the time code fields were generically labeled as “Time Code” and “Time Code 2”; they now reflect the Org’s names for the code sets
Fixes
- In Advanced | Org Phone Numbers, the tier banner and “Register Number” options were not always shown; they now appear properly
- For Tier 2 orgs, the “Register Number” did not work at all; this has been fixed
- If an Org is fully registered for A2P with our provider and in the Filevine database, then newly created numbers were not always being registered automatically; they are now
- In Timesheet, default rates are now included in the exported spreadsheet; before, it would show as $null or as a blank cell (for CSV and for Excel exports, respectively)
- In Advanced | Billing | Invoices, the Overdue status filter at the top of the page now returns the expected results
- In Advanced | Billing | Invoices, overdue invoices are indicated in the table with a clock face and orange coloring; this styling was incorrectly showing for some invoice statuses (e.g., Void) if the due date had passed; it is now restricted to invoices in Final or Partial status
- If the user had opted in to notifications for bulk invoice actions, the notification message for bulk email only had a title but not body; it's now a bit more informative
- We fixed an issue where moving multiple files between projects caused the loading screen to get stuck; now the action occurs and files are moved as expected.
- There was an error that resulted in regenerated DocGen files not saving to their assigned Auto-Move To folder. This has been fixed so that the original file remains in its folder, and the regenerated file is added as a new version.
- Previously, dragging and dropping a folder onto the fax modal's upload field would hide the field without explanation; users are now notified that the field supports single file uploads.
- We fixed an issue where deleting a file from a single-file attachment field and immediately re-uploading a new doc didn't delete the first file from Filevine; now, files are deleted and new files are saved as expected.
- We added an error message for timeouts in the Undelete tool, ensuring users are informed when deleted items cannot be loaded.

- Added DO NOT TEXT option to Opportunity Endpoints for add/edit contact and add lead
- Fixed Bug that would now allow users to delete leads due to predictive analysis code writing prediction in background.

- Bug Fix for auto resizing of text due to uploaded document not having parameter on textbox.
- Bug Fix for Font name not recognized in XFDF. Was saving Courier or New for Fonts like Courier New and Times New Roman. This was causing doc to error when sending.
- Changed free trial to only allow 1 doc send a month after Free Trial Expires

- Users can store and track deposits and retainers in a new project Billing section tab, called Project Funds.
- The description area inside of the timer can now be expanded.
API
The “Get Note” List API call can now retrieve a filtered list of notes by tag without using the percent-encoding for the # character.
Bug Fixes
- Two situations in which duplicate reminders were being created have been addressed, including when a blank reminder schedule was used
- In Advanced | Billing, Invoices tab, the Approver column would disappear if the “Refresh” option were used ; it no longer does that
- On occasion, after deleting a timer, a newly added timer would not properly populate with the project information; this has been tidied
- When opening an invoice modal from Advanced | Billing | Invoices, the rate and total columns did not always appear, even for users with rate permissions; this has been fixed
- If there was an error loading the data for Timesheet, the loading icon would display indefinitely; now an error message is shown to let the user know

We will be ensuring that any users who access Filevine University from the button in the Resource Center will be automatically enrolled in the level one courses. Previously users had access, but it was a manual process to enroll.
